HDmann Introduction
AI Liquid Cooling Solutions
From 15 kW to 100 kW per rack, air cooling runs out of room. HDmann builds the wetted secondary loop - CDU, rack manifolds, EPDM hose assemblies with UQD quick couplings and stainless valves - for AI training halls, HPC clusters and colocation data centers.
Coolant Distribution Unit
60 to 600 kW, redundant pumps, plate heat exchanger, full BMS integration.
Liquid Cooling Manifold
316L rack manifolds, 4 to 12 branches, UQD and UQDB blind-mate interface.
EPDM Hose & Quick Coupling
EHW194 EPDM assemblies, dripless UQD couplings, tested at 25 bar.
